From your drawing to a loaded container

Send a hand sketch, a site photo, or just the bottle count and the room dimensions. We come back with the questions that actually decide the price, not a sales pitch.
Step 01 · Brief
You get a CAD drawing of the space plus a written quote covering material, finish, packing and lead time, within 48 hours of a clear brief.
Step 02 · Drawing and quote
A 3,500 W laser cutter, press brakes and welding stations under one roof in Foshan. Progress photos at each stage, and mill certificates for every steel batch.
Step 03 · Production
Pre-shipment inspection by photo, video call, or a third party you appoint. Export crating that survives sea freight, and one set of shipping documents for the whole order.

How Long Have You Been in Metal Fabrication?

We started sheet metal fabrication in 2006. Metal wine cellars became our main line in 2019 and now take the larger share of output. The team has grown from 5 people to around 500, including 25 in-house designers.

What Are the Features of Your Metal Wine Cellar?

A metal frame gives you more freedom than timber. Stainless steel carries the load, so the interior can be wood, glass, acrylic, marble or leather. The combination depends on the site, the bottle count and the budget, and we draw it before quoting.

How Long Does a Wine Cellar Take to Build?

Two production lines. Standard designs run 15-20 days. Fully custom designs run 35-40 days. Plain metal fabrication without cooling is usually around 15 days. Custom work takes longer because the drawing, the finish sample and the trial fit all sit in the schedule.

Will This Sell in My Market?

That depends on your channel, so we would rather answer honestly. For distributors the argument is landed cost and a product competitors do not stock. For designers and hospitality it is a made-to-measure piece that fits an awkward space. Send us your market and target price and we will say which models fit.

What's the Raw Materials Used?

Stainless steel 304 as standard, and 316 where the cellar sits in coastal or high-humidity air. Aluminium or powder-coated steel where the budget leads. Interiors can be oak, walnut, glass or marble. The exact grade goes on the quote, and every steel batch ships with a mill certificate.

What Warranty Do You Offer?

On racks and partitions, the powder-coated or plated finish is specified to hold its colour for well over ten years indoors. On coolers, the cooling unit carries a one-year exchange warranty at present. Anything beyond that is written into the sales contract, so it is on paper rather than in a brochure.

Any Benefits for Wine Cellar Purchasing from China?

Landed cost is the obvious one. The practical gain is that we cut and weld to your drawing instead of forcing you into a catalogue size, and racks, partitions, cooling cabinet and trim arrive as one shipment with one set of documents. The trade-off is lead time and freight, and we quote both up front so you can compare like for like.

Can I Inspect the Factory or My Order?

Yes. You are welcome to visit the workshop in Foshan, and we can arrange a live video walkthrough if travel is not practical. For orders we send photos at every production stage and accept third-party inspection before shipment.
